Cooperative (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083

An ordinance amending the Cooperative Act, 2074 to bring misuse of cooperative assets under legal accountability, accelerate loan recovery, regulate activities contrary to cooperative values, clarify the roles of cooperative registrars and the National Cooperative Regulation Authority, and require savings and credit cooperatives to obtain mandatory licences from the Authority.
